I decided to start this thread because my line moves thread wasn't doing so well and I had done rather decently with my non-line move picks. Who knows how long I'll go with this thread.

I'm thinking the reason Sylvia has such high odds is because they are at home. However, they have lost 3 of 4 home matches.

I've been meaning to find out more about the smaller football leagues as they might offer up the possibility of looser lines. It's very hard to find an edge in the big European leagues.

Would you mind sharing your best sources of info for the Swedish and Scandinavian leagues. I can imagine it must be hard to get a few good writeups or team news. Or are you looking primarily at the stats?

Any help is appreciated bro.

I've been going to tip-ex.com to find out who is playing. Then I go to sfstats.net to see how each team has done recently. If I find a bet I like I will go to the bettingadvice.com forum to see if anyone has any lineups of players missing or any other pertinent data. Then I go to betbrain.com to find out who is offering the best line.

You're right about lines being looser for the Scandinavian teams. Also, there are only a handful of leagues so I'm not overwhelmed by the amount of matches to research and bet on. I haven't paid much attention to the Finnish teams or the Norwegian teams but I believe I will try to spend more effort on them in the future.

Well it's time for my favorite league, the Swedish Superettan. I've been taking preference in the totals but today I have taken a side.

Sundsvall has not given up a goal in 5 home matches this season. Jönköpings has scored 6 goals in 5 road matches. Look for Sundsvall to again hold their opponent scoreless.

Atvidabergs FF X2 1.81 over Östers IF Växjö Ladbrokes
I couldn't stay away from this one. Atvidabergs is in the top 3 and are playing last-place Östers who have scored only 1 goal in their 4 home matches. I can't see them scoring more goals than Atvidabergs who have been scoring well, even on the road.

Well Sundsvall kept their opponent from scoring. I just didn't take into account that they would cause this one to go over.
